Professional business headshots show a relaxed, confident you – ready to do business.
My clients hire me because they want something that makes them and their staff stand out against the crowd. Most clients are looking for a corporate headshots that feel clean, modern, and stylish.
I want to provide headshots that accurately portray my clients and demonstrate their vibe and uniqueness.
My approach is to give each person around 15 minutes (or more depending on the brief) to relax, chat, and make sure we capture their essence. This allows time for everyone to relax, have fun, and begin the creation of an amazing professional image. I like to plan locations to work in advance to ensure the best photos are captured. However, location is not much of an issue as headshots only need a small space and can often be successful in most spaces.

Dedicated headshot session.
Full studio lighting and equipment (including a white backdrop).
Minimum 2 individually selected photos per person.
High resolution image and full retouching.
Full license to download, print and share all your photos.
Photos uploaded to a private online gallery.
Multi-location (e.g. inside or outside) (optional).
Outfit change (optional).
Additional business activity photos. (optional)
STEP 1 - GET IN TOUCH

STEP 2 - BOOK YOUR DATE
Photography is a busy industry, so if I am available for your event date, book me as soon as possible. Payment is required in full before the scheduled date.
STEP 3 - GALLERY IS READY
Within 28 days of the sessions, I will return the photos to you to use for your personal or business requirements such as LinkedIn, websites, Intranets, offices, or websites.

As the photographer, Lewis Jones Photography retains the copyright to all images that are taken. I grant customers a lifetime image license to use the images and content for any purpose they wish.

Crediting is great! It allows me to reach other couples who may need my help – so a small tag on social media or a link to my website is much appreciated - but not compulsory in any way.
If you’re being featured in an online article or in a printed magazine, I do asked to be credited – ideally as Lewis Jones Photography. Typically news publications will ask you because they’re used to using images from freelance photographers – but if they don’t mention it to you, please mention it to them.

Bank transfer is preferable - with bank details provided when the wedding is booked.
The deposit is required when the booking is confirmed and the contract signed.
Full payment is ideally required 1 week before the day of th event.

I will upload your images to an online gallery and send you the link by email/message. You will need to download these pictures to your computer or mobile device.
Images will be available in around 10 days

In the case of camera failure, bad weather, or any other unforeseen incident that prevents Lewis Jones Photography from shooting on a scheduled date, efforts will be made to source a new photographer or the client will be refunded.
Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that photographs, once sent, cannot be returned. Lewis Jones Photogrpahy has a strict no refunds policy. Once a transaction has been completed (i.e., the client receives their images) it is then considered non-refundable.
